Their output is 75watts and 40watts respectfully. They have been retrofitted with universal twist mounts for the heads. They have been regularly maintained, including replacement of the barndoor corners if needed.
These 2ft and 4ft Single System Lights are usually used as a compliment with other Kino Flo Lights. Kino Flo Fluorescent Lights have become very popular with their quick setup features.
